Sheridan WYO Rodeo Royalty are representatives of Sheridan, advocates for the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, and spokeswomen for keeping our western heritage alive. This year’s competition will celebrate the 90th year of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo throughout each event, including the horsemanship demonstration at the Sheridan College Arena, as well as personal interviews and stage presentations at the WYO Theater.

2020 Event Details

Tuesday, June 30: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. dress rehearsal at WYO Theater
Tuesday, June 30: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Horsemanship at the Sheridan College Arena
Wednesday, July 1: 2 – 4 p.m. Personal Interviews // 5:30-7:00 p.m. Stage Presentations // 7 – 8 p.m. Queen’s Social (heavy appetizers) & Silent Auction // 8 – 8:30 p.m. Crowning of the 2020 WYO Rodeo Queen. All activities are at the WYO Theater. To attend any events on July 1, tickets may be purchased at the WYO Theater for $10.

The WYO Rodeo Royalty Competition promotes good will and integrity by crowning four women to represent the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, Sheridan County and our western heritage throughout the community and well beyond.

The competition and year-long reign is designed to provide learning opportunities for growth and development in life skills. “Miss Sheridan WYO Rodeo” also competes in the statewide Miss Rodeo Wyoming competition.
