Flag carriers are an important part of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo. They perform horsemanship at the highest level, while carrying sponsorship flags on all four nights of the rodeo. For nearly 30 years, the Sheridan WYO Rodeo has been supporting higher education in Sheridan County by awarding scholarships. Each year, three Sheridan County students win a $1,000 scholarship. Our next round of applications are due April 16, 2021, and all students who apply must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be admitted to an accredited institution of higher education.
