The Sheridan WYO Rodeo is partnering with Bighorn Spirits, LLC to introduce WYO Rodeo Whisky, a premium Canadian whisky aged for 12 years in oak barrels. Made for sipping and cocktails, this ultra premium whisky is available for special order now through the Wyoming Liquor Commission by referencing number 15340. Tastings will be scheduled throughout Sheridan WYO Rodeo week at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds and local liquor stores. Bottles will be on retail shelves in June.

“The Sheridan WYO Rodeo is all about preserving western culture and expanding our local economy,” said board president, Nick Siddle. “Our new WYO Rodeo Whisky is smooth and smoky; definitely a premium experience that we think will do very well at the rodeo, in Wyoming and across the west.”

“The Sheridan WYO Rodeo is an iconic event that has earned its reputation, one day at a time, for 87 years,” said Frank Maestri, co-founder of Bighorn Spirits. “We are thrilled to be partnering with such an incredible organization and are looking forward to launching WYO Rodeo Whisky this summer.”

Bighorn Spirits will market and distribute WYO Rodeo Whisky in Wyoming first and expand throughout the west starting later this year.
